![]() Kudos to Kit Menkin and Leasing News. The March report from Alexa, ranking leasing media web sites, shows Leasing News second behind the American Banking Association, and ahead of all the leasing associations. I think this is reflective of Kit’s ability to recognize the issues that matter to us. It also tells me that the many people who regularly follow Leasing News are practitioners that not only want to know what is going on in the leasing world, but also the impact on our business.
Kit notes that the comparisons are compiled by Leasing News using Alexa and should be viewed as a "sampling," rather than an actual count from the website itself. He does believe the ratings are reflective of actual traffic, however, as most have stayed in the same position, basically, for over a year. The Alexa tool bar works on most browsers.
Keep up the good work, Kit!

Not bad for a couple of good old boys. I know your readership far exceeds mine, but it is gratifying to see the growth. MySpace is really growing. On the one hand, I wish I had thought of MySpace, on the other hand, I wish it wasn't there because of the time my kids like to spend on it.

up, too.
You and I both appeal to small segment of the WWW, so just to be recorded among the others is a compliment

The amazing web site in growth is Myspace, the most important blog for those under 30--primarily.
It is also indicative of the growth of blogs, and why I think Leasing Notes will continue to rise in readership.
